Job Overview
Lead a Birmingham crew and manage Floortek installations from preparation through final completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the installation from start to finish
- Direct a small crew and assign responsibilities
- Monitor quality and communicate with the homeowner
- Keep the installation trailer organized and ready
Required Qualifications
- Experience in concrete, coatings, flooring, painting, or construction
- A reliable qualifying pickup truck able to tow the required trailer
- Availability for Saturdays when needed
