What the Job Actually Involves
This is an active, public-facing role.
You will:
- Travel to assigned events
- Help transport event materials
- Set up and tear down the Floortek display
- Greet attendees
- Start conversations
- Introduce Floortek's services
- Identify homeowners with potential projects
- Capture complete and accurate lead information
- Maintain an organized booth
- Represent Floortek professionally throughout the event
You are expected to engage people. This is not a position where you sit behind the display and wait for someone to approach you.
A Realistic Event Shift
Arrive with enough time to unload and prepare the display before the event opens.
During the event, remain active and visible. Start conversations, ask homeowners about their concrete spaces, explain what Floortek does, and capture information from qualified prospects.
At the end of the event, organize the leads and help tear down and transport the display.
Training
Training includes:
- Floortek's products and services
- Starting conversations
- Identifying qualified homeowners
- Capturing complete lead information
- Brand standards
- Display setup and teardown
- Event expectations
