What You'll Do

You will work as part of an installation crew completing residential and commercial concrete-coating projects.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing and organizing the jobsite
  • Grinding and preparing concrete surfaces
  • Assisting with crack and surface repairs
  • Mixing and applying coating materials
  • Broadcasting decorative flakes
  • Assisting with topcoat application
  • Moving tools, materials, and equipment
  • Keeping the jobsite clean and organized
  • Following Floortek's installation and safety standards

Prior coating experience is not required for an Installation Helper. Construction, flooring, painting, or skilled-trade experience is helpful.
