What the Job Actually Involves

This is not traditional cold calling. Floortek generates homeowner interest through its marketing. Your responsibility is to respond quickly, create a strong first impression, and turn that interest into a qualified appointment.

You will:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Respond to homeowners who submit online inquiries
  • Build rapport quickly
  • Ask questions about the project
  • Confirm the homeowner and project fit our service
  • Schedule in-home appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Complete required follow-up with unbooked leads
  • Confirm and manage appointments
  • Meet daily and weekly performance standards
  • Give the sales representative complete and accurate appointment information

A Realistic Day

Your day will include inbound calls, new web leads, ongoing lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and CRM management.

Some homeowners will schedule immediately. Others will need questions answered or additional contact before booking.

You will move quickly between conversations while keeping every record accurate and every homeowner interaction professional.
