Right after you apply, we send a few role-specific questions so we can match you to the right opening.

Video or phone screen
A short one-way video or a scheduled phone screen. A real person reviews it — no bots screening you out.

Hiring-manager interview
Meet the manager you'd work for. Ask questions. Make sure it's a fit both ways.

In-person visit or ride-along
Where it makes sense, see the shop, meet the crew, or ride along on real appointments.

Offer and pre-employment steps
If we both like what we see, you get an offer and we complete standard pre-employment steps.

Training start
You start with paid training and a clear plan for your first 30, 60, and 90 days.
